A Portfolio of Care and Commitment

Care as a Way of Life

I’m so grateful and excited to receive the CARE Award from Wedu 2025.

I believe, care is not just an action. It’s the language I speak as a mother, a leader, and a migrant. This portfolio reflects the invisible work that shapes who I am, both at home and in the organisations I serve.

Rooted in Family

My caregiving began at home. I raise my daughter in Thailand, far from our extended support system, building stability through love, routine, and presence.

After my father passed away, I supported my mother in rebuilding her small business in my home town that later led to her receiving the Resilient Women SME Award. I also continue to support my younger sister’s education abroad.

My HR Journey

My career began with a commitment to accuracy and compassion understanding that every detail matters when caring for people in crisis.

Mentorship & Empowerment

As co-founder, I helped create spaces for women leaders and entrepreneurs to thrive.
We launched a guidebook to support women-led small businesses navigating local markets.

Community Projects

Insider Tips for Rising Talents

"Insider Tips for Rising Talents" is a passion project I created to support young professionals navigating the challenges of job seeking, interviews, and career growth.

Through social media and mentorship, I share practical advice drawn from my HR experience, offering insights into how hiring decisions are made, how to present yourself with confidence, and how to access opportunities that may feel out of reach.

This initiative has reached job seekers helping them believe in their value and break through barriers in competitive markets. It’s about opening doors and reminding rising talents that they belong at the table, too.

Care & Comfy for Newborn Mothers

Through my small personal charity, me and my colleague sew and donate newborn clothes and swaddles to refugee mothers acts of love stitched by hand. In addition to sewing, I also collect gently used baby items and coordinate donation drives to ensure expecting mothers receive essential care items at a time of great vulnerability. Many kind-hearted women from our community also contribute

This quiet, women-led project is deeply personal a way to honor motherhood, dignity, and community, one bundle at a time.

From Kitchen to Community

Following the powerful earthquake in Myanmar, our family led a small fundraiser to support earthquake relief in Myanmar. By preparing and sharing Pyae Pyoke (ပဲပြုတ်) within my community, I raised funds that went directly to emergency support for affected families - Sagaing, Mandalay and Inlay region.

This initiative brought together compassion, cultural tradition, and practical action in a time of crisis.

Each of these projects may be small in scale, but they are rooted in love.
